REFUND/RETURN POLICY

All items are shipped from Michigan.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.  We do not accept returns or offer exchanges.

Order cancellations must occur within (1) one hour of the order being placed.  To cancel an order, you must contact us through the Contact Us page located under the Support dropdown (click here), by emailing hello@expressdtfprint.com, or by calling (269)256-5588.

In the event a refund is requested and approved, a refund will be issued on a Express DTF Print gift card.

Our business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding holidays as well as planned and emergency closures.

Transfer orders that have been uploaded with what we consider "Finished Art" be shipped from 1 to 3 business days, with orders placed Monday through Friday before 3pm EST. There are exceptions to holidays as well as planned and emergency closures. Any order placed over a weekend will be processed the next business day.

Transfers orders that need Artwork attention (by us, or you) will be held until we have final approval for the print. Production of these items will not start until the artwork is corrected.

Express DTF Print has the right to cancel any item(s) ordered and provide a refund for the item(s) on an electronic gift card. 

We are not responsible for the quality of custom transfers and/or gang sheets if the customer opts to use images of smaller dimensions and/or lower resolutions. We are also not responsible for gang sheets that contain images that have been mirrored or misaligned on the gang sheet.  We print customs exactly how they are submitted and will make no edits unless previously requested and approved through our support.  Refunds and reprints will not be issued for transfer issues that are not caused by direct fault of Express DTF Print.

Express DTF Print reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or business.  If service is refused, any outstanding order(s) will be canceled and a full refund will be made back to the original payment method.

We are not responsible for lost, damaged or delayed packages; however, we will work with the customer and carrier to resolve the issue to the best of our ability.  Insurance is highly recommended for all orders and is available at checkout.

If an order arrives damaged, contact our support team within 3 business days after delivery.  You can reach our support team through our Contact Us page located here:  http://www.expressdtfprint/contact.  Please keep all packaging and do not dispose of or use the item(s). Be prepared to provide a photo of both the packaging and the item(s) if requested.

If a package is delayed, damaged, or lost and insurance was selected at the time of purchase, Express DTF Print will file a claim on behalf of the customer for full reimbursement back to the customer's original payment method or coverage for a replacement.  Claim acceptance is subject to approval by the insurance company, but we will work diligently with both the customer and the insurer to ensure the best outcome.

In the event an order requires a refund or reimbursement (other than those paid out by an insurance claim), the refund amount will be provided on an electronic gift card.  This gift card will not expire and is only valid at http://www.expressdtfprint.com.

If an order is shipped to an invalid address due to a customer error and is returned to us by the carrier, the order is eligible for reshipping at the current shipping rate.  An invoice for the shipping cost will be sent to the customer and must be paid in full before the order is reshipped.
