Sales Tax Exemption/Net 15

Sales Tax Exemption Form:

In compliance with Michigan sales tax law, Express DTF Print is required to collect Michigan sales tax on all orders shipped to a Michigan address unless we have a valid, completed, and signed Michigan Sales and Use Tax Certificate of Exemption on file.

Tax exempt purchasing is available only through approved customer member accounts (you cannot checkout as a guest). Once a valid exemption certificate has been received and approved, eligible customers will be granted access to a resale products that are not subject to sales tax.

Orders placed outside of the approved member account (checking out as a guest or logged into a different email) or using standard retail products will be subject to sales tax. Sales tax charged on completed orders cannot be refunded.

Member Account Requirements:

Customers claiming tax exempt status must have an active member account on our website. Access to tax exempt resale products is restricted to approved member accounts only.

If you do not yet have an account, you will be prompted to create one during checkout. Existing customers must be logged in to view and purchase tax exempt products.

How to Submit your Exemption Certificate:

Please download, complete, and sign the Michigan Sales and Use Tax Certificate of Exemption and submit it using one of the methods below.
