All DTF transfers and printed materials are custom-made to order, so we’re unable to accept returns or issue refunds once production has begun.
However, we want you to be confident in your purchase. If there’s ever an issue with the print quality or condition of your order, please review our Reprint & Replacement Policy for how to request a reprint.
Refunds may only be issued in cases where we’re unable to fulfill or replace an order due to an internal production error.
Please note:
Refunds are not available for user errors such as incorrect file uploads, poor artwork resolution, or improper press settings.
Shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has left our facility.
We take pride in the quality of every print we produce and want you to be fully satisfied with your order.
Because DTF transfers are a shared process (part on our end and part on your end), we ask that all customers carefully inspect their transfers as soon as they arrive.
What Qualifies for a Reprint?
Every order is printed, cured, and inspected by hand to make sure it meets our quality standards. Even with that care, DTF printing, like any production process, has a small margin for error. Our overall reprint rate is around 3%, which is considered excellent in this industry.
A reprint will be approved if there’s a clear production issue on our end, such as:
Missing or incomplete areas of print
Heavy lines or streaking (banding)
Smudging, contamination, or visible film damage that occurred before delivery
Because transfers finish their journey in your hands (unrolling, cutting, and pressing), a little variation is normal. Problems caused by mismanagement, press settings, storage, or artwork setup don’t qualify as defects—but we’re always happy to help you troubleshoot and dial things in.
If you think your order qualifies, please reach out within 3 business days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo or short video showing the issue. We’ll review it quickly and let you know the next step.
💡 Tip: If you're working on a tight deadline or a large project, it's always a good idea to order a few extra transfers. This helps you keep production moving, even if one or two prints don't perform perfectly.
Reporting an Issue:
If you believe your order includes a printing error or damage, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos or a short video showing the issue.
Once reviewed and confirmed as a production defect, we’ll send a replacement at no cost.
After 3 Days but Within 30 Days:
If you contact us after 3 days but before 30 days from delivery, we’re still happy to help. Verified reprints during this period will be offered at 50% off the original cost.
After 30 Days:
Because transfer handling and storage conditions vary, we can’t guarantee replacements after 30 days. However, we’re always happy to troubleshoot and help you identify the cause of any issues to improve future results.
White ink plays a crucial role in Direct-to-film (DTF) printing- let's talk about why it's so important.
Base Layer: White ink acts as a primer, ensuring that the colored pigments can be applied with optimal opacity and vibrancy. Without a solid white base, colors on dark or colored fabrics may appear dull or translucent.
Color Vibrancy: By providing a white under base, DTF prints achieve improved color vibrancy. The white layer ensures that colors appear true to the original design and stand out vividly.
Adhesion and Durability: White ink enhances adhesion to the fabric, preventing peeling or flaking. It also contributes to the durability of the printing design, making it more resistant to wear and washing.
When we talk about "choke", we are referring to the settings applied to the white ink that prints after/under the colored ink of your design.
A low choke setting will expand the white base layer toward the edges of the graphic, applying more ink and structure to the print. If you have small lettering or fine lines in your order, it's better to print with a "low choke". However, if you have large solid lettering or graphics, ordering a "low choke" will increase the chances that some white will "peek" out from the solid graphics.
See FAQ- Setting Up A Gang Sheet for why Choke is important.
